One of the best things about Paso Robles is all of the undeveloped land available! If you are originally from a bigger city, this is very uncommon, but in Paso Robles, acreage is available and plentiful. Whether you are looking for a home on a few acres, a large property with lake views, or acreage for your own vineyard, it is all available and affordable! At the bottom of this page is a map of Paso Robles with specific popular areas where acreage is commonly available and sought after. On the east side of Paso Robles is the Geneseo area. This is defined by Geneseo road running north to south from highway 46 down to Linne road. This is a fantastic area to find a beautiful home on acreage. The area is surrounded by beautiful wineries like Sculpterra, and ranch style properties too!

Other popular east side areas include Jardine, Spanish Lakes, Vintage Hills and Dresser Ranch. Again, these areas are defined by the street names of Jardine Road and Dresser Ranch Road (see map below). Jardine and Vintage Hills are located north of highway 46, and have fantastic flat pieces of property. They also has easy access to the highway, and are right next to a professional “links style” 72 hole golf course. Dresser Ranch is located off of Linne road just a few miles east of town. It is FULL of beautiful rolling hills and surrounded by wineries. If you are looking for view property, this is always a great area to check! Spanish Lakes Estates are located on the south side of Paso Robles off of Creston. There are very limited choices here, but sometimes there are available properties, so it is worth checking!

Many people are after property on the “west side” of Paso Robles. Not only is this a beautiful area, but it is also one of the most desirable areas to purchase land. You can find property with beautiful, endless views of the entire valley and be surrounded by oak studded property at the same time! West of Paso Robles you will find the Lake Nacimiento area. There are MANY great choices if property is you are looking to have the lake nearby! Heritage Ranch still has empty lots available, and ready to build! Running Deer Ranch is a very large gated community with a huge selection of large parcels of land.
